Aaj ke daur mein fast life aur unhealthy lifestyle ke chalte kai health problems common ho gayi hain, jismein se ek hai Kabz, yaani constipation. Ye ek aisi pareshani hai jise log aksar nazarandaaz kar dete hain, lekin jab ye chronic ho jaaye to dincharya aur sehat dono par bura asar padta hai.
Kabz sirf pet na saaf hone ka masla nahi hai, balki ye kai aur health issues ki shuruaat bhi ban sakta hai.
