Zindagi mein kabhi kabhi aisa hota hai ki khushiyaan gumm mein badal jaati hain. Har cheez bezan lagne lagti hai, aur mann mein ek ajeeb si bechaini hoti hai. Aisa har kisi ke saath hota hai, par jab ye gevoel lambi muddat tak rahe, toh ye depression ki nishani ho sakti hai.

  • Udas mood: Zyadatar samay udas rehna, rone ki ichchha hona
  • Khushi na mehsoos karna: Pehle jo kaam achche lagte the, unme ab koi interest na rehna
  • Thakaan: Energy ki kami, har waqt thaka hua mehsoos karna, choti choti cheezein bhi karne mein dikkat hona

  • Akele rehne ki ichchha: Logo se milne mein koi interest nahi, sabse door bhaagna

Types of Depression (डिप्रेशन ke प्रकार)

Depression ke kai prakar hote hain, aur har prakar ke lakshan aur ilaaj alag ho sakte hain:

  • Major Depressive Disorder (MDD): Ismein depression ke lakshan zyada gambhir hote hain aur zyada samay tak rehte hain.
  • Persistent Depressive Disorder (PDD): Ismein depression ke lakshan kam gambhir hote hain, par ye saalon tak chal sakte hain.
  • Bipolar Disorder: Ismein mood swings hote hain, kabhi depression toh kabhi mania (zyada khushi aur energy).

  • Postpartum Depression: Ye depression naye bachche ki maa ko hota hai, delivery ke baad.

Causes of Depression (डिप्रेशन ke कारण)

Depression ke koi ek karan nahi hote. Ye kai cheezo ka mishran ho sakta hai:

  • Biological factors: Dimaag mein chemical imbalance, genes ka role
  • Psychological factors: Bachpan ke bure anubhav, personality, sochne ka tarika
  • Social factors: Stressful events jaise naukri chhootna, rishte mein dikkat, kisi apne ka chala jana, loneliness
