Is blog mein hum Fatty Liver ke shuruaati sanket, kaaran, aur bachav ke tareekon ke baare mein baat karenge, taaki aap apne liver ko healthy rakh saken.
Sabse pehle yeh samajhna zaroori hai ki Fatty Liver aakhir hota kya hai. Humare liver ka kaam hai sharir se toxins ko baahar nikaalna aur khane ko digest karne mein madad karna. Lekin jab liver mein zarurat se zyada fat jama ho jaata hai, to ise Fatty Liver kehte hain. Yeh do tarah ka hota hai:

Fatty Liver mein fiber se bharpoor khana, jaise hari sabziyan, phal, sabut anaj, aur protein se bharpoor khana khaen. Tala-bhuna, meetha, aur zyada namak wali cheezen kam khaen.
Fatty Liver ek gambhir samasya hai, lekin sahi jankari aur sahi kadam uthaakar ise roka ja sakta hai. Apne liver ko healthy rakhna aapki sehat ke liye bahut zaroori hai. Agar aapko Fatty Liver ke koi bhi lakshan dikhai den, to turant doctor se sampark karein.
