Exchanges

We accept exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect (wrong item delivered).

  • The exchange request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

  • You provide supporting evidence such as an unboxing video and clear images of the issue.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@kapeefit.com with your order ID, reason for the exchange, and required media. Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The received item is damaged, defective, or expired.

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The refund request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • You submit photo or video proof to support your claim.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, expired, or incorrect product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage for your records.

Damaged, Expired, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, expired, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@kapeefit.com with your order number and supporting photos or video. We will assess your case and offer an appropriate resolution—typically a refund or exchange.
